RETURNS + EXCHANGES
At Vivid Glamour, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not completely happy, we’re here to help. Please read our return/exchange policy carefully.
RETURNS
Items must be:
- Returned within 14 days of the purchase or delivery date
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, including the original packaging
- All tags/hygiene stickers must be intact
- Free of makeup stains, perfumes, laundry detergent scents
- Sale items, gift cards, are not eligible for returns
Return Process
- Contact us at info@vividglamour.net with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, ship the items back to us
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Options
- Refund to Original Payment Method: Once your return is approved and inspected, refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days.
- Store Credit: If you prefer, we can issue store credit for future purchases.
EXCHANGES
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original purchase and place a new order for the desired item
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale/clearance items
- Gift cards
- Intimate wear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized pieces
Additional Information
- Items returned to us without prior approval may not be accepted
- We reserve the right to deny returns if items do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy
